Israel gets away from charges of crimes before the ICJ…for now

The International Court of Justice refused to hear the case of crimes against humanity for Israel’s pre emptive war, ‘Cast Lead’ against the people of Gaza in December 2007, on a technicality.

Since Palestine is not a member state of the UN, the ICJ could not hear the case.

Thus, Israel escapes judicial condemnation for its crimes against the people of Palestine living in the Gaza strip…for now.

Eventually, the Zionist state will have to own up to its high crimes and misdemeanors. Hiding behind the convenient and overused screen of anti Semitism will not save it from condemnation and punishment in the long run.
